That's what I like to see - good sign-posting of events. Shame is, so many stupid local authorities take the view that "The venue is sign-posted, so you don't need event sign-posting" and refuse the necessary planning permission to do the job properly.
This even happens when the venue itself is council owned and run and the event is therefore directly benefitting said stupid council.
So as organiser you either do it illegally, risking the wrath of council and venue, or have no sign-posting, which means much lower public attendance.
